Each stage produces a defined output — a survey report, a design, a test record, a commissioning certificate, a handover pack — giving the customer visibility and a documented basis for acceptance.
Nine stages
- 01 Discover — requirement analysis and success criteria
- 02 Assess — site survey and technical assessment
- 03 Design — architecture, topology, capacity, resilience
- 04 Customise — configuration, workflows, rules, interfaces
- 05 Integrate — connecting new and existing systems
- 06 Deploy — installation to project standards
- 07 Test — factory, site acceptance and functional testing
- 08 Commission — formal handover into operational service
- 09 Support — training, documentation and lifecycle support
What the customer receives
- Discover and assess — Requirement note and site survey report, reviewed and agreed before design begins
- Design — Solution design, topology and bill of materials, checked against the requirement
- Customise and integrate — Configuration record and interface specification, reviewed pre-deployment
- Deploy — Installation record and device inventory, checked against project drawings
- Test — Test records and acceptance certificate, witnessed and recorded
- Commission — Handover pack and as-built documentation, verified against the live system
- Support — Training records and maintenance schedule, with response times confirmed
What happens after handover
Most of a system’s life is spent in service, not in installation. Technosphere structures support so that a deployed system stays configured as designed, documented as built, and recoverable when something fails — with a defined route for the customer to raise an issue and a defined response against it.
Support services
- Corrective maintenance and fault resolution
- Preventive maintenance and health checks
- Remote diagnostics where the system permits
- Firmware and software update management
- Spares holding and replacement management
- Configuration backup and restoration
- Refresher and new-joiner training
- Periodic performance and capacity review
Handover deliverables
- As-built drawings and topology records
- Device inventory with locations and serials
- Configuration files and parameter records
- Test records and acceptance certificates
- Operating and administrator manuals
- Training attendance and completion records
- Escalation matrix and contact routing
- Warranty terms and coverage summary
Severity framework
- CriticalCore function unavailable; operations directly affected. Escalated immediately.
- MajorSignificant degradation or loss of redundancy; the system runs without full protection.
- MinorLocalised fault or single-device failure with an available workaround.
Working with Technosphere
- Introduction — Scope, environment and constraints are discussed; we issue the company profile and capability statement
- Requirement — The operational need and success criteria are defined; we issue a requirement note and clarifications
- Assessment — Site survey and technical assessment; we issue the survey report and findings
- Proposal — Solution design and platform selection; we issue the technical proposal and bill of materials
- Commercial — Terms, timeline and support model agreed; we issue the commercial offer and support terms
- Award — Contract or purchase order placed; we issue the project plan and delivery schedule
Documentation available on request: trade licence, VAT certificate and Chamber of Commerce membership; certifications, insurance, HSE policy and quality documentation; organisation chart, key personnel CVs and manpower summary; project references, completion certificates and client letters.
