Training, as-built documentation and maintenance are part of the delivery — not a separate conversation after handover.
What happens after handover
Most of a system’s life is spent in service, not in installation. Technosphere structures support so that a deployed system stays configured as designed, documented as built, and recoverable when something fails — with a defined route for the customer to raise an issue and a defined response against it.

Severity framework
